Woody Creek Bar-B-Q

This is a great local BBQ restaurant that has incredible food and friendly service. The portions are huge and can easily bet split if you looking to save a little money on dining out. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

Great taste but brisket was dry, ribs on the other hand were on point!

Wonderful brisket, ribs, sausage and chicken. Beans and potato salad is very tasty. I recommend them when you are in the area.

Food is pretty good... We always do pick up and it's ready by the time I pull up. They have an interesting bar for sides to go with the meat. Drink selection is pretty good. Barbecue sauce is tasty. Pairs well with all the meats.

Good food place. A little pricey. And It is a little small in side. Has a good lunch special though. In good weather there is nice outside seating.

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of barbecue but my daughter and son love this restaurant! I gave it four stars because their smoked meats are very tasty and super tender! The baked beans and BBQ sauce are also amazing! They have a good condiment bar with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. They also have really good cold draft beer but don't buy anything in the bottle because it's too pricy. I think $13+ for one meat and two sides is way overpriced. Those would be my only complaints.

This place is fantastic BBQ. Great prices. A family fun and family atmosphere. They have a bar but no bartender to serve. So as far as sitting at the bar and eating it not that convenient. They have no hard liquor at this location. Other than those things this place is a great place for BBQ and a family friendly atmosphere.

Woody Creek is the best BBQ in Fort Worth. A hidden gem, it is better than angelos and heim. Only beat out by hard 8 and pecan lodge in DFW. Their chopped brisket baked potato is amazing, their ribs are tender, and every side is sure to please. Next time you think BBQ, think woody creek.

Neighborly service, and delicious ribs! The gunslinger is my wife’s favorite. It’s just easy to come in and feel at home. Bring your appetite.

Excellent local BBQ!! I love the double barrel baked potatoe, and the gunslinger sandwich. Plenty to pick from here, worth checking out. Excellent rustic decor inside. Inside and outside seating. They do serve beer here.

Best BBQ around. The Double Barrell potato is an amazing deal, such a giant portion loaded with meat. Share size. Super friendly customer service. Great atmosphere. Perfect place for team/group/business luncheon.

Randy and the staff at Woody Creek are awesome! Food is great and pricing is well under some of the other over-rated BBQ restaurants in Fort Worth. This is a local and neighborhood favorite.

Was pretty excited to visit this place based on reviews, was totally disappointed! Got the 3 meat plate with Hot link, Brisket, and Pulled pork. Hot link was bland, Brisket extremely dry, and pulled pork was probably worst that I ever had. Service was extremely slow for how many customers that were at the restaurant, especially when all they had to do was chop up the hot link and brisket and put on the plate.

This place never fails. Baked potato is my choice

Best bbq in town. The ONLY place I will eat a chopped sandwich. Plus the (loaded baked) meat potatos are delicious, my favorite! Relaxed atmosphere and cold beer.

We’ve been a fan of Woodys for about 4-5 years now we absolutely LOVE this place! My husband and I were there recently on a Saturday night and you would think since it’s close to closing time that the food would be dried out or not fresh but it was the complete opposite!! Everything was so delicious, fresh, hot and ready (as usual)! Can’t go wrong with Woodys!!

I spent 58.00 on 3 lbs. of sliced bbq and a lb.. of sausage and a few sides. The sliced bbq was dry as hell. Sausage was decent. The potatoe salad had a funky taste and no one ate it. They will not get another penny from me. Can't believe how over priced they are for such poor quality bbq. I know, I am a bbq connoisseur, and pit master.

Consistently great BBQ! Never had a bad food item here. I especially love the potato salad. Well worth the money and the trip.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are delicious and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we have a delightful time. highly recommended.

Since returning to Texas we have tried 3 BBQ places and so far this is our favorite. The sliced beef was lean and had a beautiful smoke ring. The hot link sausage was a winner with my husband and he is picky about his sausage. Potato salad was good, fries were excellent, bean were good. Their BBQ sauce is very middle of the road and should please everyone; not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. They have a nice bar area too with national standards and local brews as well. The whole family was happy and we will definitely go back. The whole place was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent portions for the price. Thought the baked potato and the smoked turkey we're VERY good. Rubs were my second favorite. Spicy sausage definitely has a kick!

The Sliced brisket is Great, falls apart tender. First time trying this place out. They unfortunately don’t have Mac & Cheese. Potatoe salad is good , but don’t order the fries . I will come back and try something new. It’s clean, and staff is nice.

I love this place! Once you come in you notice at the car antiques and Texas proud feeling signs! All meats are so very delicious and bbq just right!! There is a bar and big freezer with sodas and bottle beers! Pricing is just right and not expensive! They also have kid meals, so a great place for everyone including the kiddos! We come here every time we in the mood for bbq!! Definitely recommend!!

Have been here several times, always receiving great food and service! This time I had the loaded fries. French fries topped with seasoned pinto beans, cheddar cheese, spicy pulled pork, and sour cream, along with a side of sausage. I think the sauce was for decoration because it wasn't needed for taste OR to add moisture. Quiet, quaint, and country music piped in.
